The venue's position was central. The area was calm really close to New Orleans from here as well as both SuperDome and French Quarter. Ate at the attached restaurant for breakfast.

There was no room service, plus Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The queen room with a city view was clean and freshened daily. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and excellent restaurants, including cafe on the square with great meals. The service was awesome too!

We got 1 night in this hotel, loved it. They gave us a queen room with panoramic view and a functioning shower, as for instance. The property was located not far from both SuperDome, eating places, the French Quarter. Ogden Museum of Southern Art was also very close to the hotel.

Hotel very well located 10-12min walk from Bourbon St. good for family stay. Ryan, assistant manager was very understanding when I told him that it was already 3-4 times that I had problems with cleanliness in my room which I think was left out (the former guests had eaten shrimps that were on the floor and fridge was dirty).

I don't think the room was really cleaned although the maids came by because when we came back the fridge was still dirty and bed was made but the sheets were not changed and crumpled. Beyond these aspects of cleanliness, hotel remains very pleasant.

Location.

I sent a request for a 12:00 arrival instead of 4:00... The hotel has accepted my request by e-mail... When I arrived, the hotel told me to wait until 4pm.. The woman at the front desk was unpleasant. We waited until 2:30 to get the room. And again, it's because we went back to the reception.

We loved the variety of parking options . The staff were friendly.

The housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30am and opened it even though we had a 12pm checkout.
